Harper Grey lawyer, Rose Shawlee, will present at an upcoming CLEBC “Wills and Estates Basics for Paralegals and Legal Support Staff 2021” webinar. Scheduled to take place on April 26, the event is aimed at paralegals and other legal support staff interested in practicing in the wills and estates area. The course will focus on how to draft estate planning documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and representation agreements. It will also provide info about probate and estate administration procedures including estate/representation grants and the process of accounting and distribution.
