Harper Grey lawyers, Scott Marcinkow and Rose Keith, QC, were delighted to speak at the recent Canadian Lawyer Employment Law Master Class. Held on November 4, 2021, this session provided employment lawyers with critical information and updates on recent changes to employers’ workplace duties and obligations as both businesses and their employees look to successfully navigate through the pandemic and changing social forces.

Scott and Rose spoke on the topic of “Family Status Accommodation,” and addressed the increasing number of requests from employees for family status accommodation as a result of COVID-19.
