Melissa has a specific knack for improving process efficiencies and providing dynamic reporting.
Melissa brings a wealth of experience from various industries to her role as Controller. Originally from Ottawa, her finance career began over eight years ago. A vital part of our accounting department, she supports the firm’s Director of Finance in the development of financial reporting and analysis and is responsible for all areas of the firm’s accounting operations. Melissa manages and guides a cohesive team, focused on delivering excellent service in the execution of day-to-day transactions involving firm payables, receivables, trust accounting, time and billing, account reconciliation, cash management, and policy enforcement.
Melissa completed her CPA designation in 2019.
Outside of the office, Melissa likes to spend her time outside, and is an avid hiker, snowboarder, and surfer
