Mandeep K. Gill and Aaron D. Atkinson join Harper Grey partnership

We are excited to announce the addition of Mandeep K. Gill and Aaron D. Atkinson to the Harper Grey partnership, starting January 1, 2022.

Mandeep first joined Harper Grey as a summer student in 2002.  Upon completion of her articles, she joined the firm as an associate in 2004.  Since then, as a senior member of our Health Law and Professional Regulation groups she has built a busy and diverse practice.  Mandeep defends physicians in medical negligence claims and in various regulatory matters including matters before the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC.

Aaron joined Harper Grey as a summer student in 2008 before becoming an articling student in 2009, joining the firm as an associate in 2010. He practices with our Health Law and Insurance Law groups.  In the area of Health Law, Aaron advises and assists physicians with respect to civil-medico legal issues and disciplinary matters before the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC.  On the insurance side, his practice includes insurance defence, subrogation and coverage work and he provides legal services to a broad range of insurers and self-insured organizations.
