Adam Way participates in panel at Axis Insurance & AXA XL Loss Prevention virtual event

Harper Grey lawyer, Adam Way, participated in a panel at the Axis Insurance & AXA XL Loss Prevention Virtual Event on April 10 and 24, 2024. The event hosted 400 architects and engineers each day.

The panel topic was “Sub-consultants and Primes: The Good, The Necessary, & The Needed,” and discussed the mutual benefits of prime/subconsultant relationships, the necessary obligation to have clear written and signed agreements, the need for each to vet the firms they are working with and the value of taking a strategic approach to your prime/subconsulting relationships.
