April Wilkinson elected to Elder Law section of Canadian Bar Association

We’re proud to announce that Harper Grey lawyer, April Wilkinson, has been elected as Member-At Large for the Elder Law Section Executive of the Canadian Bar Association, BC Branch.
The Elder Law Section Executive studies case law regulations and legislation affecting this emerging area of practice, and encourages informed discussions on these issues. They also recommend substantive and procedural improvements in laws affecting the elderly. Read more about this section here.
