Chambers Canada 2025 ranks Nigel Trevethan as Leading Insurance Lawyer

We are pleased to announce that Nigel Trevethan has been recognized nationally as a leading lawyer in the area of Insurance: Dispute Resolution by Chambers Canada 2025.

Nigel is recognized as one of western Canada’s leading insurance litigators and is Co-Chair of the Harper Grey Insurance Law group. Nigel’s defence practice focuses on large complex litigation matters ranging from class actions to complex bodily injury claims and has appeared before all levels of BC courts and in the Supreme Court of Canada. Chambers Canada praises Nigel for his ability to “clearly communicate reasoning and next steps” while offering “excellent advice and a strong understanding of the industry” to his clients. He is regarded as a “trusted lawyer in the field.”
