Kim Jakeman, QC to serve as Judge for Walker Health Law Moot

Harper Grey partner, Kim Jakeman, QC, will serve as a judge for the upcoming Walker Health Law Moot. Taking place on February 26-27, 2022, the event is a not-for profit competition and an exceptional experience for law students. With students from the University of Toronto, Osgoode Hall Law School, Ryerson, Queen’s, Western, Windsor, Bora Laskin, and the University of Ottawa signed on to compete, the participants will battle it out to take home the prestigious Walker Cup, and will be coached to success by the Moot’s former competitors.
The competition will be judged by over 70 prominent lawyers, medical professionals and judges and will be held remotely via Zoom.
A proponent for mentorship in the legal profession, Kim is keen to participate and share her expertise with the participating law students.
