Kimberly Jakeman KC, appointed to CBABC Advisory to Judicial Council Committees

We are pleased to share that Harper Grey partner, Kimberly Jakeman KC, has been appointed to the Canadian Bar Association of BC (CBABC) Advisory to Judicial Council Committee.

The Advisory to Judicial Council Committee plays a crucial role in the selection process for new Provincial Court judges, assisting the Judicial Council of British Columbia in evaluating candidates for the Provincial Court Bench. Learn more about the committee’s work here.

Kim is an acknowledged leader in the practice of health law, both for the quality of her legal work and for her tireless dedication to the field. She has extensive court experience representing clients in complex medical malpractice cases and has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in B.C. including the B.C.
