Michael Thomas appointed Justice of the Supreme Court of British Columbia

Harper Grey is very proud to announce that Michael Thomas has been appointed Justice of the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Michael practiced with the firm for 23 years and was Chair of our Critical Injury Group for many years. In his diverse practice, Michael appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, the Human Rights Tribunal, the Federal Court, and the Supreme Court of Canada. He was regarded as a recognized litigator and skilled advocate and well known for his impeccable ethics, collegiality, and the positive contributions he made to the legal profession. Throughout his career, Michael demonstrated a deep and abiding dedication to legal education, mentorship and giving back to the legal community.
