Mirko Sangers promoted to IT Support Manager

Mirko Sangers joined Harper Grey in 2013 as our Training and Technical Specialist providing firm-wide technical training.  Mirko excelled in this role demonstrating his significant technical knowledge and experience as well as his excellent communication and interpersonal skills whether providing onboarding training on all technology systems and applications, training on new software application implementations, security awareness training or ongoing skill development. Over the past 9 years, Mirko has gained progressive experience and augmented his skills in technology management enabling him to step into the next phase of his career as IT Support Manager. In his new role, Mirko will be responsible for providing direction on the day-to-day operations of the Help Desk and System Support Teams and work closely with the Chief Information Officer to provide optimal technical service to the firm. In addition to Mirko’s new management responsibilities, he will continue to provide onboarding and continuous skill development for the firm. Congratulations Mirko!
