Nigel Trevethan shortlisted as Canadian Insurance Litigator of the Year by Benchmark Canada 2025

We are delighted to share that Harper Grey partner, Nigel Trevethan has been shortlisted and is one of four nominees for Canadian Insurance Litigator of the Year by Benchmark Canada 2025.
Nigel’s practice includes legal services to multinational, national and regional insurers and brokers. A significant amount of his practice focuses on working on large subrogation matters. He has appeared before all levels of BC courts and in the Supreme Court of Canada.
