Norm Streu joins Harper Grey Partnership

We are pleased to announce that Norm Streu has been admitted to the Harper Grey Partnership as of January 1, 2026.

Norm is a leading member of the firm’s Construction Law Group, advising owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on complex construction and infrastructure matters. His practice spans project procurement and delivery, contract drafting and negotiation, risk management, and the resolution of construction disputes through litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.

Norm’s knowledge and experience in construction benefits from his years serving as President and co-owner of one of Western Canada’s largest construction companies. Norm is also the current Chair of the Advisory Board of the Kalesnikoff Group, a North America leader in mass timber, and a past Chair of the Vancouver Regional Construction Association.

Since joining Harper Grey, Norm has built a strong reputation for practical, commercially focused advice and a deep understanding of the legal and operational challenges facing the construction industry in Canada. He is regularly trusted with high-stakes matters involving major projects across the province and the country.
