Rose Keith, KC receives Women in Law Leadership Stronger Together Award

November 4, 2024

We are excited to share that Harper Grey partner, Rose Keith, KC, has been named as a recipient of the Women in Law Leadership (WILL) Stronger Together Award.

The WILL Stronger Together Awards honour the outstanding contributions of women lawyers across Canada. Blazing a trail in the areas of legal education and/or scholarship, equity, diversity, inclusion, and service through Pro Bono initiatives or service to other community organizations.

Rose is a skilled trial lawyer and negotiator. She continuously takes on difficult cases – advocating for people who have been injured, abused, assaulted, and mistreated in the workplace – and she treats each of her clients with respect. Rose is knowledgeable, and generously shares her knowledge through writing and presenting at conferences.

Rose’s dedication to nurturing talent and promoting women in leadership has helped shape the careers of many aspiring lawyers, contributing to a more dynamic and diverse legal community. There is a long list of women who provide positive feedback about the support, encouragement and guidance Rose has offered them at different points in their career, and which has resulted in them having the confidence to set and accomplish big goals. But even further, what sets Rose apart from others is that she does not wait for women to approach her for advice or guidance, instead, Rose is known to proactively reach out to women who she sees having the potential to do great things.

The WILL Awards were co-founded in 2011 by The Counsel Network and the Association of Women Lawyers and are presented annually to women lawyers in each province and territory.  You can learn more about the Awards here.

Please join us in congratulating Rose Keith, KC on this deserving recognition and in saluting the other exceptional Canadian women in the legal profession who were also recognized.
