Tarek Elneweihi sat as Panel Judge at 2025 UBC Undergraduate Moot Court

On Thursday, November 27, Harper Grey lawyer, Tarek Elneweihi, sat as a panel judge for the 2025 Commercial Law Mini Moot Court at the Sauder School of Business.
The event was hosted by the UBC Moot Court. Students had the opportunity to study a fact pattern, and the suit levied against a defendant, and argue both sides of the case. Students had the chance to take on the roles of lawyers to present the case in front of actual legal professionals.
