Bruno Desparts to present to UBC Plastic Surgery Group

Harper Grey lawyer, Bruno Desparts, will present to the UBC Plastic Surgery Group on March 16, 2022. To take place both virtually over Zoom and in-person, the presentation is titled “Informed Consent Issues in Civil Cases and Anatomy of College Complaint: An Overview.” The session will be moderated by Dr. Peter Lennox and will focus on the following learning objectives:
- educate the attendees on the legal test for informed consent issues in civil cases
- emphasize the importance of documenting informed consent discussions
- educate the attendees on the College complaint process and the importance of taking the “high road”
