Harper Grey lawyer, Mark McPhee participated as a panelist in a webinar on April 4 hosted by The Advocates’ Society. The session, “Avoiding Pitfalls in Personal Injury Practice” was attended by lawyers from across Canada and featured a panel discussion on settlement approval for minors and persons under disability, pre-judgment interest, and insurance coverage issues.
Mark was joined by David Girard (Dolden), Stacey Stevens (TR Law), Irena Rosca (Greg Monforton and Partners), and moderator Teri Liu (Dutton Brock LLP).
