Prentice Durbin to join Angel Forum panel at Vancouver Startup Week

May 21, 2021

Harper Grey business law lawyer, Prentice Durbin, will join the Angel Forum panel discussion at Vancouver Startup Week. Being held on May 25, the panel is titled “Frothy and hot? (Does that describe your coffee or the current investment market?”) and will include a general overview of what is currently happening in the early stage investing market, which companies benefit and which ones are (still) left out. This will be followed by a detailed overview – with an educational flavour – of pre and post money SAFEs (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) and how they work for founders and investors.
