Ryan Bencic to present at upcoming Digital Law Tea Time Talk

Harper Grey business law lawyer, Ryan Bencic, will speak at an upcoming Digital Law Tea Time Talk. Hosted by the Digital Law & Innovation Society out of the University of Alberta, Faculty of Law, these weekly events are a chance for law and tech enthusiasts to learn about topics at the intersection of those fields.
Scheduled to take place on September 23, 2021, Ryan’s presentation will focus on his unorthodox career path from tech company co-founder to lawyer. It will also address Ryan’s area of expertise – working with high growth tech companies and venture investors at all stages of the business life-cycle: from the “crazy idea” phase through formation, onboarding and issuing equity to key talent, raising capital (angel, seed and series rounds), and successful exits. And all the hurdles along the way.
