Andrea Kotzo

With over twenty years’ experience in human resources and operations management, Andrea is passionate about team engagement, culture, and leadership development. In her role as HR Manager, Andrea manages recruitment, performance management, conflict resolution, and training for our staff, as well as the development and maintenance of workplace policies and procedures. She works directly with the firm’s HR team to provide knowledge and expertise on all aspects of the employment relationship.

Andrea earned a Bachelor of Art in English Literature from the University of British Columbia and completed the Human Resources Management program at Simon Fraser University.

Outside of the office Andrea enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing tennis, and staying active.
