Jimmy joined Harper Grey in 2025 as a member of our health and insurance groups.
An established author, researcher, and presenter, Jimmy brings a unique and informed perspective to his insurance and health law practice.
In his current capacity, Jimmy focuses on insurance, personal injury, and family law. He appears in court regularly and has run numerous trials in insurance and family law matters. Jimmy is an author of the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) British Columbia Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Practice Manual and has been a presenter for the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) on family law.
An avid athlete, Jimmy coaches basketball and soccer with Special Olympics. Jimmy coached the gold medal winning BC basketball team at the 2014 National Games and represented Canada as a basketball coach at the 2015 Special Olympics World Games in Los Angeles. Jimmy was a 3-time national chess champion in his age-group in elementary school. When he’s not at work, Jimmy enjoys going to breweries, playing tennis, and following the University of Arizona Wildcats.
