Harper Grey partner and Vancouver SVNS board member, Prentice Durbin, attended the HSBC Vancouver SVNS at BC Place on March 7 and 8.
Over 42,000 fans attended the world-class rugby event, dressed in their most outrageous costumes and ready to cheer on their favourite teams. The Canadian men won the inaugural Teck Tri-Nations Challenge and the Canadian women entertained the crowd with a strong win to secure fifth place.
The Vancouver Rugby SVNS tournament is a fast-paced, energy-filled spectacle of rugby that sees the top men’s and women’s teams from around the globe competing for the HSBC SVNS Vancouver title. Vancouver was the fifth stop on the global HSBC SVNS tour, putting the city on the world stage for a thrilling two-day celebration of rugby, community, and fun.
