Rachel Wood presents at TLABC 2025 Criminal Law Conference

Harper Grey lawyer, Rachel Wood, recently presented at the Trial Lawyers Association of BC (TLABC) 2025 Criminal Law Conference. Held at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront in Vancouver, this year’s conference was focused specifically on sexual assault trials and was designed for practitioners wanting to delve into conducting effective cross-examinations and handling cases where trauma-informed advocacy is prevalent. At the conference, Rachel spoke on the topic of “Digital Records and Electronic Communications in Possession of the Accused in Sexual Assault Trials.” Rachel has vast and diverse experience in her criminal practice, having been counsel on many complex sexual assault matters.
