Harper Grey lawyer and Business Law Group Co-Chair, Prentice Durbin, participated in a panel discussion as part of Vancouver Startup week on May 25. Moderated by Harper Grey lawyer, Ryan Bencic, the virtual panel was presented in collaboration with Manning Elliott LLP and is titled “After Bootstrapping – Best Practices in Raising Capital and Legal Considerations.” This discussion is aimed at entrepreneurs who are ready to take their startup to the next level of expansion and development and plans to delve into the steps to financially and legally establish and develop their business even further.
