Christine Fraser

Having been at Harper Grey for nearly a decade, Christine is a senior paralegal working with our business law group. She is engaged in the broad practice of business law, including corporate/commercial, securities and tax transactions. Christine’s focus is on preparing documents regarding mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, and tax related reorganizations and restructuring. She has extensive experience with statutes across Canada and is familiar with various statutes in the United States and has dealt with all types of corporate entities, including not-for-profit.

Christine received her Paralegal Certificate from Capilano University in 1987 to compliment her B.A. in Administrative Studies from the University of Winnipeg obtained in 1983.
