Nigel Trevethan and Steve Abramson will be speaking on the topic “Understanding Legal Liability to Avoid Legal Liability aka How to Avoid Getting Sued” at the Morgage Brokers Association of BC Anti-Spam and Litigation Issues education session in New Westminster on June 25, 2014.
This seminar will provide you with an insight into the basic legal principles upon which lawsuits can be advanced against mortgage brokers. This knowledge will assist in ensuring you are doing all you can to avoid potential lawsuits. The presentations will be followed by appetizers and wine tasting at the Pacific Breeze Urban Winery.
