Djuna joined Harper Grey LLP as an articling student in 2011. She started her legal career as a litigator practicing in both the health and insurance law practice groups. She has prepared submissions for and appeared in all levels of court in British Columbia. She now practices almost exclusively in the area of insurance law providing advice on all areas of insurance coverage including preparing coverage opinions, drafting policy wording and the defence of coverage actions.
Djuna grew up on Quadra Island before returning to Vancouver for university. She received both her Bachelor of Science in Biological Psychology and her Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia. During law school, she participated in the Peter Burns Moot and spent a semester at the University of Hong Kong on exchange.
