Kimberly Jakeman to moderate “Where Obstetrics And The Law Meet: Standard Of Care & Causation” panel discussion at upcoming CBA 2015 National Health Law Summit

The Canadian Bar Association will be hosting the Fifth Biennial National Health Law Summit in Banff, Alberta on May 21-22, 2015. The summit offers legal practitioners, industry experts and other professionals serving healthcare organizations practical advice for complex problems and explores the critical issues in health law today.

Obstetrical malpractice cases are the apex where law and medicine collide. On May 21, 2015, Kimberly Jakeman will be moderating the inter-disciplinary panel discussion “Where Obstetrics and the Law Meet: Standard of Care & Causation” focusing on the medical and legal guidance needed for the complex issues in complicated deliveries.
