“Changing Legal Landscape of the Green Economy” Article

Provincial and federal governments have driven change in environmental law through legislative and regulatory shifts. These changes impact the burgeoning green economy in British Columbia – namely business related to the assessment, management and remediation of contaminated sites.

Harper Grey’s Richard Bereti co-authored an article in the B.C. Environment Industry Guide that discusses how changing rules impact business, and what can be done to ensure compliance.
