Harper Grey joins the Law Firm Diversity and Inclusion Network

Harper Grey is committed to providing a diverse and inclusive workplace. We value unique perspectives and the creativity they engender. Harper Grey insists that all individuals be treated with dignity and respect.

We are very pleased to announce that Harper Grey has signed the Statement of Principles of the Law Firm Diversity and Inclusion Network (LFDIN), as affirmation of its commitment to promote diversity and encourage a culture of inclusion.

The LFDIN reflects the core values of our firm,” says Richard Bereti, Managing Partner, “and we quickly seized the opportunity to participate. Through our involvement, we will seek to advance greater diversity and inclusion both within our firm and throughout the legal profession. This objective is in response to one of our profession’s central challenges. Because the profession has come out in force, great advancement is assured.”

Harper Grey joins 32 other well-known law firms across Canada who have signed the Statement of Principles and are dedicated to sharing ideas and working together for the advancement of diversity and inclusion initiatives within the legal profession generally, to attract and retain the best talent, and best serve their clients.

Harper Grey’s Chief Diversity Officer, Barbara Norell, continues to lead the firm’s diversity initiatives.
