Maria Chand

With nearly forty years of experience in the legal industry, Maria contributes progressive and informed insight to each file she works on. She provides paralegal support to the lawyers in our business law and wills & estates groups.

She began her legal career supporting a solicitor’s practice in Vancouver as a legal administration assistant in various areas. She then went on to spend eighteen years working at a few firms in the Fraser Valley with increasing responsibilities over the years before joining Harper Grey in 2019.

For the last twenty-five years, she honed her expertise focusing in the area of wills & estates and transitioned into her current role as a paralegal specializing in all facets of estate probate and administration. Utilizing her effective communication and organization skills, she assists clients through all stages of the challenging process of administering an estate.

Maria continually builds on her very solid foundation of skills and expertise through attending courses provided by the legal community.
