Michael Sinclair will present a paper on “Support after Death” at the Trial Lawyers Association of BC (TLABC) Seminar on May 9, 2014. “The Family Law Act: The times are still a’ changing” seminar will highlight some of the critical legislative changes as well as the key jurisprudence that has developed to date, help to identify and avoid new traps and pitfalls, and provide practical tips on how to apply these changes to family law practice.
