Harper Grey partner, Cameron Elder, recently had an article published by the Canadian Journal of Insurance Law. The article, titled “Case Summary: Decision Addressing Distribution of Insurance Proceeds where Insufficient Funds to Satisfy all Judgments and Settlements Arising out of a MVA” was featured in the July 2019 – Volume 37 issue of the publication and discussed the claims arising out of a motor vehicle accident where the parties involved sough the assistance of the court with the distribution of insurance proceeds.
