The article focuses on how delivering excellent customer service is what sets Harper Grey apart. “There is nothing particularly difficult about providing good customer service,” says Nigel Trevethan, chair of Harper Grey’s insurance law group. “Lawyers have to listen to their clients’ needs and look at situations from their perspective and then custom-tailor programs to fit what clients want.
